深圳安宏基办公楼室内精装修工程

本工程位于深圳市龙华新区大浪街道谭罗社区安宏基科技大厦四、五楼室内,建筑总面积为19000平方米,室内装修包括吊顶、墙面、地面、门窗、防水、强弱电安装、给排水工程等,具体对办公室、多功能会议室、实验室、前台、前厅、接待区等室内空间进行精装修。

工程投资规模、装修面积达2700平方米、合同价2036.14万元,结算价2041.69万元;

1.创意与构想:

公共空间追求统一风格下的变化。独立空间体现多元化特点。简单的线条,共同营造出了别具一格的企业魅力,大面积石材、实木及先进加工工艺共同为这一目标的实现而有机存在。

2.节能与环保的设计体现(节能、节材、节水、节地):

装饰材料大多为节能环保产品,对所有耗材进行分类管理,合理调配使用,提高利用率;施工方面进行工艺革新、高端技能改造,工序合理安排,施工过程注重精细化,施工后期剩余耗材分类回收,废料垃圾分类处理,务求做到既节能又环保,响应绿色行动。

The project is located in 4/F and 5/F of, Dalang Street, Tan Luo Community, Longhua District, Shenzhen. The total area of the building is about 19000 square meters. The indoor decoration including ceiling, wall, ground, windows and doors, waterproof, electrical installation, water supply and drainage engineering, the decoration of office, multi-purpose conference room, laboratory, foreground front office, reception area, indoor space.

The decoration area of the project is about 2700 square meters, the contract price is 2036.14yuan, the settlement price is 2041.69 yuan;

1 Creativity and ideas:

Public space aspire after a change of the unified style. The pluralistic characteristic independent space embodied. Simple lines, and jointly create a have a style of one‘s own enterprise charm, a large area of stone, wood and advanced processing technology together for the realization of the goal and the organic existence.

2.Energy saving and environmental protection (energy and material saving, water saving, section):

Decoration materials are mostly for energy saving and environmental protection, classification management of all materials, reasonable allocation of use, improve the coefficient of utilization; In construction aspects, we tried to have a technological innovation, and improve our high-end skills, arranged process more reasonably, took attention to detail, and had a classification and recycling in the end of the construction, in order to achieve energy saving and environmental protection, then we could react to the green action.
